The Grief Graduate

September 21, 2022 //  by Brenda & Julie

When you lose someone you love it’s hard to find your way through the pain of loss. So how do you know when you’re ready to become a grief graduate?

The grief process isn’t linear. No matter how long you grieve, you never not miss them. The beauty and clarity of the grieving process resides within. Once you realize you carry the energy and bond with your loved one with you, inside you, every moment of every day, the freedom comes in believing and releasing all the rest that’s holding you back.

Energy never dies—it transfers and transcends time and space. Earthly possessions carry an energy that is sticky. By spending time with what you are holding on to in the name of grief and love, you will feel this shift and know when it’s time to let go of the things, while holding on to the love.

Just as Giving is the catalyst for receiving; Grieving is the on-ramp to Living in the Present.

Earth School is hard, without the Other Side Guide to Letting Go.
