If your life has been affected by suicide, or if you yourself have felt the depths of despair that lead to contemplating this decision, then you are already aware of the uncertainty and loneliness death by suicide brings.
Listener Krista wrote to us with questions that lingered in her mind after the death by suicide of a dear friend. If someone takes their own life, does that mean they have ‘failed’ Earth School? Is suicide ever a lesson one needs to learn as part of their Earth School journey?
The answer to both of these questions is ‘No.’ Suicide, though always an option, is never part of the plan or soul-contract one makes. It provides no relief nor has any benefit to any of the parties affected. The departed, now on the Other Side, report that they recognize they did have a choice; that there was always hope and healing – either here or on the Other Side.
Today Julie & Brenda discuss what you can do if you are struggling with any aspect of this topic. Also, about discerning voices from reality, how and where to ask for help, and how to support your healing process if someone you love has jumped the planet in this way.
Earth School is hard, without hope and healing from the Other Side.
