But…this does not mean meditation comes easy to you or that you even know what it means to achieve a meditative state. The truth is you naturally weave in and out of a meditative state throughout your day, and that’s because, at its core, meditation is a very natural state of being. Theta-brain, aka relaxed brain moments, occur when you’re daydreaming, traveling down memory lane, imagining your future, swimming, bathing, or in a deeply relaxed creative state (to name a few). Knowing this, the bigger question becomes: how can you create an intentional meditation practice in your daily life?
