Ghost House Rules

April 14, 2022 //  by Brenda & Julie

Home, ideally, is a place of respite, rest, and retreat. But when you’re hosting ghost guests and spirits, it can feel like you’re operating a 24/7 bed & breakfast. So, how do you establish boundaries and rules when spirits reside in the home with you?

Today’s episode kicks off with Julie’s haunted house story, with the main character being her dad, aka Tom the Hall Walker. And as with any relationship, communing with spirit requires clear communication, the ability to delegate, and healthy boundaries. Brenda shares how to make sure you’re communicating in the best way possible with the spirits that reside with you.

These lessons do not require a haunted home to apply to you. We all have Spirit Guides beside us, many of which are more thoughtful, reliable, and understanding than blood family. They’re eager to assist you. All you need to do is ask.

Delegating energy and sharing responsibilities is a great skill to have—here, there, and everywhere in between.
